Delete your ClubGM account

You can delete your ClubGM account and associated data at any time, directly in the app or by contacting us.

Delete in the app

• Open ClubGM and sign in.
• On the My Teams screen tap "Account" (top right). You can also get there from any team’s Settings → "Account & Privacy".
• Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.
• Confirm. If you signed in a while ago you will be asked for your password again.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone, photo), notification token and preferences.
• Your team chat messages, RSVPs and pending join requests.
• Your membership in every team. Players you claimed are unlinked from you.
• Teams where you are the only member, including their events, messages, team code and player profiles.
• Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication).

What may be kept

• Content that belongs to a team with other members (for example events you created as a coach) stays with that team.
• If you are the only admin of a team that has other members, you must first make another member admin or delete the team.
• Analytics events tied to a random ID (no name or email) are kept by PostHog for up to 12 months.
• Residual copies in provider backups may persist for a limited time before being overwritten.

Can’t access the app?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my ClubGM account". We will verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days. Parents/guardians may also ask us to delete information about their child.
